The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Sino Russian Oil Trade Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

With the rapid development of economy,China has become the largest energy consumer in the world.The demand for oil and natural gas and other energy resources is increasing.As one of China's largest trading partners,Russia's oil trade with China is also developing.Russia is rich in oil resources.In addition to its geographical advantages and good political relations with China,these factors provide good geographical and political conditions for China and Russia to carry out oil trade cooperation.In terms of economy,Russia's domestic economic development is sluggish,and economic development needs to inject new blood,while the development of international political situation makes Russia's domestic oil exports to some European countries face challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance for Russia and China to continuously promote the strategy of "looking east" and strengthen energy trade cooperation with China,especially oil trade cooperation.The first part mainly introduces the development process and current situation of oil trade between China and Russia.It divides the oil trade between Russia and China into three stages: the embryonic stage,the rapid development stage and the continuous stability stage.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of oil supply and demand between China and Russia,and introduces the current situation of China's oil consumption demand and Russia's oil supply respectively Finally,the development status,trade scale,trade mode and trade cooperation industrial chain of oil trade between Russia and China are discussed;Third one belt,one road,and one belt,one road,is the main opportunity for China's oil trade.It is mainly driven by the strategic role of "one belt and one road",the advantages of Sino Russian oil trade,the complementary advantages of developing oil trade and the external advantages of Sino Russian trade cooperation.Fourth one belt,one road,one belt,one road,the main challenge is to analyze the challenges faced by Sino Russian oil trade,the impact of new energy technology revolution,shale gas revolution,clean energy development and national new energy development policy;the conflict of interests between "one belt and one road" and "Eurasian alliance",the difficulties in building geopolitical and economic relations and the energy transportation corridor;and the Sino Russian oil trade lacking long-term strategy.Lack of political mutual trust,lack of top-level design in energy trade,fierce competition from other countries,competition between South Korea and Japan,and competition from European and American countries;The fifth part: one belt,one road,the development strategy of Sino Russian oil trade,improving the utilization efficiency of petroleum energy,developing clean energy,strengthening political mutual trust,improving the infrastructure construction of petroleum trade,formulating the long-term development strategy of Sino Russian petroleum,deepening trade cooperation,giving consideration to the surrounding areas and creating regional energy community.Finally,based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges of oil trade between China and Russia,this paper attempts to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the cooperation of oil trade between China and Russia,in order to provide the practical and theoretical basis for the sound development of oil trade between China and Russia and the creation of a new situation of oil trade cooperation.
