The Research Of "The Belt And Road" Under The Initiative Of Sino Kazakhstan Oil Trade And Investment

Since the independence of Kazakhstan in 1992,as a world-class oil reserves,the privatization plan for oil trade has been gradually implemented.Western countries have been playing for the oil merket.China is the world’s second largest oil importer.Kazakhstan is a very important partner in Central Asia.China National Petroleum Corporation has achieved the relatively weak Aktobe oilfield in Kazakhstan.The company has opened up the oil trade and investment cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.But the financial crisis that took place in 2008 and the turmoil in international politics have made it necessary for China to find a new way to cope with the test,and Kazakhstan,which has just been independent for more than 20 years,is also needed.Although China is developing rapidly,its internal development is unbalanced.Due to long-term extensive development,resources are relatively scarce,and some domestic regions are seriously polluted.In the international arena,there are multilateral cooperations that are not equal to their own economic strength.It is also becoming more and more severe,and it also has one third of the world’s population.Therefore,it is necessary to play the role of a big country,and to promote the domestic economy and enhance its international status by participating in global governance and regional governance,and through cooperation and win-win dissemination of Chinese wisdom.Under this heavy pressure,China still assumes the responsibility of a big country and proposes to build a global community of human destiny.The "Belt and Road" strategy under this framework is a multilateral cooperation multilateral trade organization that realizes the interconnection,intercommunication,and the like of the country along the Silk Road.Kazakhstan is located in the center of Asia and Europe,is a bridgehead between China and Europe,and is a large oil reserve country,but also needs foreign support.In this context,the leaders of China and Kazakhstan have docked in the policy field,taking oil trade and investment as the main line,and taking advantage of the complementary advantages of the two countries to better play the principle of "One Belt and One Road Strategy" to discuss,build and share.Promoting the oil industry in Kazakhstan,and at the same time,promoting the development of related industries such as transportation,processing and manufacturing in Kazakhstan,and further strengthening the financial and cultural fields of the two countries,so that the two countries can truly win prosperity and strength.The main researches of scholars at home and abroad are to explain the "Belt and Road" or simply to explore the field of China-Kazakhstan capacity cooperation.The research on China-Kazakhstan direct investment has drawn the complementary,inevitable and broad prospects of Sino-Kazakhstan cooperation.There is little research on the specific trade and investment in China-Kazakhstan oil,and there are few studies on the effects of the "One Belt,One Road"initiative.Therefore,based on the previous literature research,this paper studies the oil trade and investment before and after the "Belt and Road" initiative,which is more helpful for understanding and studying the effect of the "Belt and Road" policy.This paper first expounds the development history of Sino-Kazakhstan oil investment and trade cooperation and analyzes the status quo.At the same time,it also studies the oil trade and investment situation between China and Kazakhstan before and after the implementation of the"Belt and Road" and concludes that China-Kazakhstan oil investment and trade cooperation The existing problems and new cooperation models such as the AIIB,Silk Road Fund,and SCO,which are unique in the new background.The paper analyzes the current situation of trade and investment of China National Petroleum Corporation in Kazakhstan.Based on comparative analysis of literature review,we summarize and collate domestic,foreign,and international perspectives.At the same time,we refer to the United Nations website,the ranking of Kazakhstan’s oil reserves on the website of the China Business Bureau,and the production estimate.The oil in China and Kazakhstan for nearly 20 years.The amount of trade,Kazakhstan’s oil production,exchange rate changes,GDP changes and other data,from the perspective of some of the latest and most appropriate hot weather,quantitative analysis of its influencing factors,give the final conclusions and corresponding countermeasures.Therefore,this paper holds that China,as one of the fastest growing economies in the world,will inevitably make the United States consider it’s a huge threat,so now the Trump Government is trying to launch a trade war and unite with the EU countries.Developed new economic alliances with developed countries such as Japan,trying to weaken China’s rights and interests in the World Trade Organization(WTO).It is in this context that the author believes that under the "One Belt,One Road" strategy,China should have more extensive cooperation with Kazakhstan,the most important country along the Silk Road,especially in oil investment and trade opportunities,so not only for China.The development has great convenience,and it has also promoted the coordinated development of other industries in Kazakhstan,and comprehensively improved the economy of Kazakhstan.It proves that the effect of "One Belt,One Road" is very significant.China and Kazakhstan use oil investment as a basis to make the two countries The oil trade is closer.
