Research On Sino-Russian Chemical Products Trade

A country's economic development and people living standard rise,can not do without the development of chemical industry,but because of the geographical environment and living custom differences,countries have the chemical raw materials and good at chemical raw products each are not identical,therefore on chemical advantage of goods between countries trade are necessary for the development of each country.China and Russia as a neighbor,and in the seventh century began to trade the sui and tang dynasties period,and today,the relationship between China and Russia have reached the highest level,the harmonious coexistence between the two countries in the world scope,good-neighborly friendship,in the modern world a bigger share of obligation and has played a more and more important role in stability.China-Russia economic and trade exchanges between the two countries is increasingly close,deepening economic and trade mutual trust,economic development level also is increasing day by day,the two countries in the world political,economic,trade,science,technology and culture in the areas of interest is consistent,and the two governments and people all think that joint development and cooperation is the main guiding ideology,deepening of Sino-Russian border trade is the general consensus of the two countries and effort direction.Therefore,the trade between China and Russia in the new era has unlimited potential.Due to the great changes in the Russian economy,the trade volume of chemical industry between China and Russia dropped sharply in 2014,but recovered gradually in 2016 and greatly increased.Russia and China are both major exporters of low-end chemical products.Compared with developed countries,there is still a long way to go in the production of high-grade chemical products.Russia is a big exporter of raw materials,and its natural resources are in the state of net outflow every year.China is an important exporter of labor-intensive chemical products,and its main export products are paint,textiles,shoes and other products that have low requirements for chemical technology.The common problems of China and Russia are reflected in the incomplete chemical technology chain,the aging of machinery and equipment used in production,the lack of strict quality inspection by local governments,the low level of overall science and technology,the late start of fine industry,and insufficient attention to national policies.China and Russia should learn from the experience of advanced countries in the development of high-quality industries and further promote the professional and advanced development of their chemical industries.The heads of state of China and Russia have decided to hold the year of local exchanges and cooperation in 2018 and 2019.In the coming years,China and Russia will continue to optimize the bilateral trade structure,strengthen cooperation in energy,equipment manufacturing,agriculture,chemical industry,aerospace and other fields,and make big data,Internet of things,smart cities and other digital economy areas as new growth points of cooperation.The research purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and trend of chemical product trade between Russia and China,and find out the influencing factors of chemical product trade between China and Russia by combining the characteristics of their respective chemical industry and the existing problems in practice.The innovation of this paper lies in the empirical study on the basis of the trade gravity model,and the key factors affecting the Sino-Russian chemical trade are analyzed from multiple perspectives by using several explanatory variables.However,due to limited data,this paper failed to study Sino-Russian chemical trade from the perspective of product classification and region.The data used were macro data at the national level,and the research results were not detailed enough.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper mainly uses the following research methods:literature research,historical and logical research,chart research,data analysis.The first part of this paper is an introduction.It mainly summarizes the research background and significance,related literature review,research content,structure and method innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part is related theory research.The third part is the analysis of the development of chemical products trade between China and Russia.By analyzing the current situation of chemical products trade between China and Russia,the total volume of chemical products trade,the structure and supply and demand of chemical products,and the factors affecting the trade of chemical products between China and Russia,the complementarity of chemical products trade between China and Russia is analyzed.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of chemical products trade between China and Russia.Through the construction of Trade Gravity Model and the empirical analysis of chemical products trade between China and Russia,the measurement results are obtained.The fifth part is research conclusions and policy recommendations.
