Empirical Analysis Of Efficiency Measure Of Green Economy And Its Influencing Factors In Shanxi Province

As a typical resource-oriented province,the development of resource industry drives the economic growth,but also makes the fragile ecological environment worse.The development of green economy depends not only on the low consumption of resources,but also on the improvement of economic efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the efficiency of green economy and its influencing factors to promote the development of green economy in Shanxi Province.Based on the theories of sustainable development,environmental kuznets,green economy and socialism with Chinese characteristics.this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of green economy,green industry,environmental protection,scientific and technological innovation and energy efficiency in Shanxi Province.On this basis,the input-output index system for measuring the efficiency of the green economy was constructed,with super efficiency of SBM static analysis was carried out on the Shanxi Province green economic efficiency,the use of DEA Malmquist the dynamic efficiency of green economy of Shanxi Province,and to not to join the environmental factors of economic efficiency compared with green economic efficiency analysis in the end,the brief analysis of the influence factors of green economic efficiency in Shanxi Province,and using three phase makes an empirical analysis of the influence factors of green economic efficiency,according to the results of empirical analysis,put forward countermeasure and suggestion to develop green economy in Shanxi Province.The results show that:(1)There is a big difference in the efficiency level of green economy among prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province,and the efficiency of traditional economy is generally higher than that of green economy,but the efficiency level of green economy in 11 prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province is on the rise.(2)The external environment has a significant impact on the efficiency of green economy in Shanxi Province.This article selects the seven elements influencing factors on the efficiency of the green economy in Shanxi Province into relaxation have significant differences,Among them,the level of economic development,scientific and technological innovation,fiscal decentralization,environmental regulation,and the cleaning ability of enterprises have an overall promoting effect on factor utilization,while the industrial structure and energy intensity have a negative impact on the improvement of factor utilization.(3)The green economic efficiency obtained from the first stage of the three stages before the adjustment is generally higher than that measured from the third stage of the three stages after the adjustment,that is,the green economic efficiency obtained without considering exogenous factors and random interference will overestimate the actual green economic efficiency level of Shanxi Province.Finally,based on the conclusions of previous studies,this paper makes efforts to accelerate economic transformation,optimize industrial structure,strengthen ecological environment protection,encourage scientific and technological innovation,and improve energy demand.Meanwhile,it proposes targeted measures and suggests for green economy development based on the unbalanced development level of various regions.
