Impact Of Producer Services Agglomeration On Green Economic Efficiency In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

The Yangtze River Economic Belt has a great strategic position in China’s regional development pattern due to its wide geographical span and economic proportion.However,extensive economic growth in the past has led to the development of the Yangtze River economic belt has been faced with low efficiency in the use of resources,unreasonable industrial structure,serious environmental pollution,unbalanced regional development and other issues.In order to promote the high-quality development of the Yangtze Economic Belt,since 2016,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has promulgated relevant policies and measures,from “promoting”,“promoting in-deep” to“promoting all-round”,and adhering to the concept of green development,to realize the coordinated development of economic benefits and ecological environment.Improving the efficiency of green economy is an important way to achieve high-quality development in the Yangtze economic belt.The productive service industry has the characteristics of strong cross-border service,fast factor flow and high industrial relevance,which plays an important role in optimizing the industrial structure and improving the resource allocation rate.This paper will focus on the study of the mechanism and effect of producer services agglomeration on green economy efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt.Based on the panel data of 107 cities in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2012 to2018,this paper first uses the entropy method and Dea model to measure the level of productive service industry agglomeration(divided into specialization and diversification agglomeration)and green economy efficiency,then the paper discusses the impacts of producer services agglomeration on green economy efficiency from the perspectives of specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration,and draws the following conclusions:(1)the green economy efficiency generally presents the upward trend,and the space presents the lower,the middle and the upper reaches ladder type distribution.(2)the specialization agglomeration of producer services fluctuates first and then decreases,showing a spatial distribution characteristic of “two ends high and Middle Depression”,and the effect on Green economy efficiency is short-term promotion and long-term inhibition,showing an inverted “U” curve.(3)the diversification and agglomeration of producer services shows a trend of first rising and then falling,showing a descending distribution from east to west in space,and its effect on the efficiency of green economy is short-term inhibition and long-term promotion,it a u-shaped curve.(4)from other factors:The level of economic development and the level of science and technology enhance the efficiency of green economy;the role of financial development is different in different regions.Finally,combined with the empirical results,from the perspective of specialization and diversification of producer services,combining the economic development,scientific and technological level and financial development factors,put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of promoting the green economy efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
