In recent years,changes in the domestic economy and social transformation have not only increased the wealth of society,but also resulted in a sharp decline in the quality of the environment.Over a long period of time,the development of domestic economy is mainly a mode of high energy consumption and high pollution,while the cost of domestic industrialization development mode is mainly the result of environmental damage and pollution,which leads to the ineffective implementation of sustainable development strategy in domestic economy,and even more severe consequences due to environmental quality problems.Group incidents caused by environmental problems have always shown a growing trend.Neighborhood avoidance is the most obvious example.Government departments should pay close attention to neighborhood evasion events so as to effectively deal with such incidents.If they fail to deal with such incidents in a timely manner and delay the best time,they may even cause excessive and illegal infringement consequences,which may damage the image of government departments among the masses,and even prevent further economic development and social progress.Based on this,on the premise of relevant definitions and theories,this paper takes the case of X Substation in Y District of S City as an example to study the causes and treatment of the neighborhood evasion events.This paper first puts forward the research significance of the questions and topics,points out the existing problems based on the research results of domestic and foreign academic circles,puts forward the research methods of this paper,puts forward the methods,ideas and innovations of this paper,introduces the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper,and introduces the conditions of this study.Secondly,this paper analyses the core concepts of Neighborhood Avoidance and combs the relevant basic theories,including crisis management theory and governance theory.At the same time,this paper analyzes the current situation of neighborhood conflict management in S city,expounds the main characteristics of s city's neighborhood conflictand classifies the s city's neighborhood conflict events through several classic cases.On this basis,this paper describes the neighbourhood avoidance conflict of X Substation in Y District of S City,including the negative social impact of the neighbourhood avoidance conflict,the general situation of the neighbourhood avoidance conflicts and the different stages of the contradiction.Based on this,the reasons for the neighbourhood avoidance conflict in X Substation in Y District of S City are discussed,and the self-evasion facilities based on the neighbourhood avoidance facilities are Reasons,analysis based on the neighbourhood evasion events related to the main body.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the neighbourhood evasion events in X Substation of Y District,S City.It is believed that the assessment and early warning mechanism of neighbourhood evasion risks should be strengthened,the ability of government departments to deal with neighbourhood evasion events should be strengthened,the mechanism to deal with and mitigate crises should be constructed,and a pluralistic compensation mechanism of consultative government guarantee and democracy should be established Management system.
