The petroleum engineering technology service enterprise is the core power of the development of the petroleum industry in China,which continuously drives the rapid development of the technology level of the petrol eum industry.Founded in 2008,company A is A petroleum engineering technology service company affiliated to an oil company(one of the three state-owned oil companies)that provides comprehensive research and professional technical services.It has been a dhering to the strategy of integrated development and differentiated competition.In 2018,it became one of the important service providers of domestic petroleum engineering and technology service enterprises.In 2017,company A formulated A technology-driven development strategy,expecting to become one of the internationally competitive petroleum technology service companies within 10-20 years.As A subsidiary company of company A,the experimental center focuses on providing an oil company with petroleum geological experiment analysis in the upstream industry of oil and gas field exploration and development,and implementing differentiated competition strategy.According to the development strategy of company A,the laboratory center plans to become one o f the state key laboratories in the next 5-10 years.In recent years,advances in technologies such as interactive computers and electronic communications computing have blurred the boundaries of physical industry.With the continuous development of the bu siness of the experimental center of company A,the existing competitive strategy cannot match the goal of its development strategy.Especially under the background of the coming wave of intelligence,the experimental center of company A must seize the opp ortunity of intelligence,quickly adapt to the development of the industry and further improve its core competitiveness.In the 21 st century,scholars put forward the theory of business ecosystem to better adapt to the dynamic competitive environment of th e industry,providing enterprises with an effective new perspective to analyze the competitive strategy.This article adopts the method of theory combining with the actual,from the perspective of business ecosystem theory,the application of the theory of business ecosystem competition strategic analysis framework,analyzes the experiment center of A company business ecosystem,and A suggestion to optimize the experiment center of competitive strategy,to ensure the effective implementation of the experime nt center competition strategy A company.Through the above research,this paper concludes that the experiment center of A company in the dynamic instability of the competitive environment,competitive strategy and business ecosystem theory should be adopt ed to build enterprise's unique business model,and continuously optimize and develop their own expertise,search for potential value creation in A dynamic competitive environment,help achieve the goal of long-term development strategy of A company.Takes the experimental center of company A as the research object,and analyzes the practical application of the competitive strategy of commercial ecosystem theory in enterprises.The research results are of reference significance for similar geological research institutions in the petroleum industry in China.
