In recent years,China's population dividend continues to decline,energy and environmental problems are increasingly serious,with the concept of sustainable development put forward,prefabricated buildings with the advantages of labor saving,energy saving and environmental protection has gradually become a hot spot in the field of architecture.Due to the complex and difficult construction process of prefabricated buildings,how to effectively manage the safety of construction projects has always been a difficult problem in the research of prefabricated buildings.The establishment of construction safety evaluation system is an important part of safety management task.The establishment of scientific and reasonable evaluation system is the basis of accurately judging the safety state of prefabricated building construction.The research on safety evaluation of prefabricated building construction in China is in its infancy,and there are still many problems in the process of index establishment.Therefore,it is of great significance to the development of prefabricated building to put forward a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system and evaluation method.Based on fabricated in the process of building construction safety risk as the research object,draw lessons from the accident cause theory,combining the characteristics of each stage and construction of prefabricated construction experience,using data mining technology screening evaluation index and the connotative relationships in the various risk factors based on the variable weight theory and grey theory to establish the dynamic evaluation model,in order to put forward new thought of construction evaluation system and risk control,mainly done the following work:First of all,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated construction and relevant research status at home and abroad,and expounds the importance and necessity of prefabricated construction dynamic evaluation method.On the basis of considering the change of risk factors with time and space,this thesis discusses the connotation of dynamic evaluation of assembly building construction,and points out that dynamic analysis of risk should be carried out from two aspects of dynamic evaluation of index system and dynamic evaluation of index weight.Secondly,using the association rules algorithm in data mining to the screening of the evaluation index,considering the risk factor changes with the development ofthe project schedule,according to the characteristics of the prefabricated construction at different stages,from the perspective of the construction whole process of dynamic risk analysis of indicators,divided into common and characteristic parameters,thus construction safety dynamic evaluation index system is established.After that,the variable weight theory is introduced on the basis of determining the constant weight by AHP,so as to avoid the risk being neutralized in the comprehensive evaluation,and it is combined with the grey clustering evaluation model.Finally,the model is applied to jimei tianchen prefabricated construction project for empirical analysis,and the state of safety level in each stage of construction is obtained,indicating the scientificity and practicability of the method.Risk management and control Suggestions are given in combination with association rules,which provide a certain reference basis for safety evaluation and management of prefabricated construction.
