With the steady improvement of China’s urbanization rate,China’s overall economy has developed in the direction of high quality.As an essential pillar of China’s economy,the traditional construction industry has severe pollution and resource consumption,which is not in line with green development and a green low-carbon cycle.Therefore,the state vigorously develops prefabricated buildings to solve this disadvantage of the traditional construction industry.Because of its unique construction technology,the safety problem of assembly is prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to effectively evaluate and manage the safety of assembly building construction and reduce the incidence of assembly building accidents.Firstly,through the collation and analysis of safety accidents,safety-related norms,and related literature,this paper summarizes the safety risks of prefabricated buildings from four aspects: high-altitude object injury,mechanical injury,collapse,and improper management.The risk causes are analyzed,and the safety evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction is constructed from five aspects: personnel,goods,technology,management,and environment.The fuzziness of the evaluation index is solved by transforming the qualitative language of the evaluation index into quantitative value by cloud model.The entropy weight method calculates the weight of the safety evaluation index of prefabricated building construction.The corresponding safety evaluation model of prefabricated building construction is constructed on this basis.The cloud model calculation results and the entropy weight method are weighted to obtain the safety level of prefabricated construction.Secondly,in view of the passive and lagging situation of the traditional management mode in prefabricated buildings,BIM technology is introduced to optimize the construction safety management,and the optimization steps for the construction safety management of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology are established.Through the construction of front-end hardware,BIM technology,collaborative management platform and Internet of Things are combined to realize the pre-construction optimization of prefabricated buildings and timely management and control during construction,so as to optimize the management of prefabricated buildings.Finally,take a prefabricated building project in Fuzhou as an example to prove and analyze.The results show that the prefabricated building construction safety evaluation model based on the cloud model-entropy weight method is practical,effective and practical.The safety management optimization steps of prefabricated building construction based on BIM technology are applied to the actual project,which reduces the safety risk level of the project,which proves that BIM technology has an optimized effect on the safety management of prefabricated building construction.
