| Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings are efficient and energy-saving,which is an important path to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" in the construction industry,and an important measure to achieve high-quality economic development and low-carbon circular development.Green construction aims to reduce the waste of resources,avoid the discharge of various pollutants as much as possible,and the implementation of this construction mode is an important means to promote the low-carbon,green and sustainable development of the entire construction industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out green construction grade evaluation research on prefabricated buildings.At present,most of the green construction level evaluation systems established are mainly based on the traditional construction process,while the evaluation of prefabricated buildings is relatively small,and there is a lack of a scientific,complete and standard green construction evaluation system for prefabricated building projects.Therefore,combined with the actual situation in the construction process of prefabricated buildings and a large number of literature reading,a scientific and effective green construction evaluation system with a wide range of application is formed,which is used to accurately evaluate the green construction level of prefabricated building projects,which is of great significance for the further development of prefabricated buildings in the future.The literature review method is used to summarize the relevant high-level articles at home and abroad with keywords such as green construction and prefabricated buildings.Finally,the research subject of this paper is determined to be the green construction level of prefabricated buildings.According to national standards,industry standards,etc.,and further combined with actual engineering research and expert interviews,a set of green construction grade evaluation index system for prefabricated buildings was designed.The evaluation system establishes three standard layer indicators of resource and energy conservation and utilization,environmental protection and comprehensive management of green construction,and further refines 11 first-level evaluation indicators and 27 second-level evaluation indicators.Through the summary and analysis of some existing evaluation index systems with relatively mature applications at home and abroad,combined with the specific conditions of this paper,The green construction level of the studied prefabricated building is divided into 5levels.At the same time,the quantitative calculation formula of each evaluation index is given to obtain its quantitative value,and the suitable construction grade grading standard is established.Based on the evaluation index system established by identification and screening,the combination of AHP and entropy weight subjective and objective methods is introduced to calculate the combined weights of each layer evaluation index.Under the further analysis of the gray clustering method,the whitening weight function corresponding to each evaluation index is obtained,and a comprehensive evaluation model based on the gray clustering method is established.In this way,the grade judgment of the overall green construction level of the prefabricated building project is realized.Finally,combined with the construction case of a prefabricated building project in Tai’an,the research was carried out,the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation of the project,It further shows that the model based on the gray clustering method in this paper is scientifically reasonable and applicable. |
