With the rapid development of modern economy,all walks of life are facing unprecedented opportunities and severe challenges under the new economic situation.Equipment manufacturing industry belongs to the traditional industry of our country.Under the modern economic situation,many problems have been exposed,such as outdated management concepts,unreasonable industrial structure,low investment in technology research and development,slow equipment upgrading speed,serious brain drain,loose field management,low efficiency and backward production technology.These problems seriously restricts the development of equipment manufacturing industry,to improve the comprehensive competitive power of the industry,to fundamentally solve these problems,accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of enterprises,increase research and development and equipment investment,through management realize the effective coordination of the talent by management,product quality and customer satisfaction.Field management plays an important role in the production and operation management of equipment manufacturing industry.The field management of equipment manufacturing industry generally includes personnel,materials,equipment,products,production tools and methods,environment and safety and other factors.Only when these factors are effectively configured and controlled in a scientific and reasonable range,the final results of production and operation can be achieved.Field management improvement is the deepening of the field management,the most common way is the continuous cycle improvement method,the production process of various elements of deep integration,reasonable configuration,and constantly reduce waste,reduce cost,improve efficiency,improve quality and service.At present,the most commonly used methods and tools in the field management of equipment manufacturing industry include 6S management method,visual management,PDCA cycle management method,etc.These methods,combined with the production practice of enterprises,can effectively improve the management level of the production site.The main object of this study is the equipment manufacturing business of daqing oilfield company.After years of development,the equipment manufacturing industry of daqing oilfield company has formed an industrialized scale,and its products are exported to many countries in the world.However,with the development of modern economy,daqing oilfield equipment manufacturing industry has also encountered many problems.From the perspective of field management,the management idea is outdated,which is out of line with the management concept of the rapid development of the information age.The traditional management methods and means are still used,which do not match with the expanding production scale.Lack of detailed management,raw materials,equipment,environment management is not in place;Poor sense of production service,problems in coordination with other departments,etc.These problems seriously restrict the development of equipment manufacturing,so this study focuses on the problems of equipment manufacturing site management.The main research content of this paper is the field management of equipment manufacturing in daqing oilfield company.The main method of improvement scheme is 6S management method.On the basis of fully analyzing the feasibility and conditions of 6S management method application,the general ideas and principles of improvement scheme are determined.The scheme design mainly includes the establishment of improvement team,determination of implementation methods and steps,determination of rules and regulations and work plans,formulation of performance assessment standards and rules of rewards and punishment,publicity and training;Carry out specific implementation in accordance with 6S management steps of sorting,rectification,cleaning,cleaning,safety and literacy.Finally,the effect evaluation and reasonable Suggestions of the implementation of the equipment manufacturing site management improvement plan are given.Through the continuous promotion of 6S management improvement program,the equipment manufacturing site management of daqing oilfield company has been greatly changed,the personnel management level and literacy have been significantly improved,the equipment and raw material management has achieved initial results,the product qualification rate has been improved,the waste situation has been alleviated,and the safety management knowledge has been deeply rooted in the people.With the continuous progress of the improvement plan,it is bound to have far-reaching significance for the development of equipment manufacturing industry of daqing oilfield company and promote its healthy and sustainable development.
