Research On SAGD Production Site Management Improvement Based On 6S Theory

Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) technology is a kind of effective mining technology in super heavy oil, the theory is first published by an oil worker Dr. Roger butler in Canada in1978. There are mainly three kinds of ways of SAGD wells:the parallel horizontal wells; the vertical well and horizontal well combination; the single SAGD well.The thesis is based on the theory of6s and production site improvement related theorys to build the M area SAGD production site improvement model, mainly includes the foundation support system, method system, process system, examination and assessment system and target system. Examination and assessment system in the first attempt at the improvement difficulty of production site to put forward evaluation method. Process system respectively from SAGD development department, SAGD steam injection site, SAGD oil extraction site, SAGD oil gathering and transportation site. This paper studied from the several following aspects:(1) SAGD development department improvement. Using the6s seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke, security to improve the department environment; in person’s consciousness, behavior, quality as a starting point for the study of personnel improvement. The improvement can purify the environment; boost the consciousness of employees; increase the level of researchers technology.(2) SAGD steam injection site improvement. To optimize the steam injection, take steam injection technology and personnel skills literacy as the goal, according to the characteristics of the equipment operation and personnel work habits, combined the related theorys to build the model; aim at equipment operation procedures to enhance personnel training and assessment pattern. The model involved the key elements of improvement, can promote the boiler equipment standardization operation; and increase the skills of staff quality.(3) SAGD oil extraction site improvement. Centering on the production and safety, conceived of checking system; proposed staff skills literacy training method.Standardization of safety inspection of pumping unit and oil well patrol assignments, to eliminate hidden dangers to ensure normal production of oil field.(4) SAGD oil gathering and transportation site improvement. Put forward the "post" assessment pattern; the visual, standardization, whole-staff-participation equipment management. To eliminate hidden dangers and realize site safety management, promote the harmony of operators and equipment operation.The results prove that SAGD production site improvment model has a strong pertinence, practicability and improvement activities can greatly enhance the level of SAGD production site management, make the basis of management work more solid, boost the staffs’sense of belonging, improve work efficiency, enhance the corporate image to promote the benign development of the enterprise.
