| Equipment is an important production tool for the production process of manufacturing enterprises,as well as an important material guarantee for enterprises to create value and obtain good benefits.With the development of science and technology,the equipment of enterprises is becoming more and more integrated and intelligent.The increasing proportion of the enterprise’s asset value in the asset value of equipment and the increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection urge enterprises to pay more and more attention to the management of equipment,and ensure the operation of equipment in a smooth and effective,environment-friendly,safe and economic situation,so as to adapt to the development of modern enterprises.However,the equipment management personnel of ZG company do not pay enough attention to the equipment management,and the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment is not high.Especially since 2018,with the rapid growth of the company’s production,new equipment problems continue to appear,which not only delays the established production plan,but also has a great impact on the group’s lean equipment management assessment at the end of each year,causing the great attention of the company’s leading group.Based on the above situation,this paper takes ZG Cement Co.,Ltd.as the research object,deeply investigates the current equipment management situation of ZG company,carefully analyzes the existing problems in the equipment management,finds out the causes,and then formulates the corresponding solutions,and develops safeguard measures to ensure that the solutions can be applied to the actual equipment management.Based on the basic research idea of "investigation,research,analysis of problems,improvement plans and guarantee measures",this paper analyzes the equipment management of ZG company with the latest equipment management theories and methods,hoping to have a more scientific and objective understanding and positioning of the company’s equipment management level.The paper finds out there is no system for the wide equipment preventive maintenance and maintenance system for all staff to participate in through the analysis of TPM management thought;RCM theory is used to analyze the reliability of maintenance,and it is found that the reliability of equipment maintenance is very low;equipment lean management theory is used to analyze equipment spare parts management,working environment,etc.On the basis of finding out the problems,the corresponding improvement plan is made according to the relevant theories.For the application of specific research methods,directional interview analysis method,questionnaire survey method and literature analysis method are used in the stage of enterprise research,aiming at the collection of specific problems;4M1E analysis method is used in the analysis of problems;Reliability,validity and linear regression are used to analyze the relevant data of the questionnaire survey;ABC classification method based on VED is used to optimize inventory management;Lora method is used for the analysis and classification of repair level.Based on the above research and analysis,according to the specific equipment management situation of ZG company,this paper has developed the equipment management system suitable for ZG company,and realized the scientific equipment management coverage from enterprise to department,team and individual.Hope that the research results can provide certain support for the equipment management of ZG company,Provide basis for solving specific problems,and also hope to have certain reference significance for the equipment management of other cement enterprises. |
