Equipment management is an important part of enterprise management.The basic activity of manufacturing enterprises is to purchase materials,use equipment for production and processing,ultimately selling products and getting benefits.The stability of equipment affects product quality and production efficiency,directly related to the production and management activities and benefits of enterprises.With the rapid development of economy,the technical level,automation degree and complexity of equipment are getting higher and higher,and the management requirements of equipment are also improving.Any manufacturing enterprises are in urgent need of a set of integrated equipment management system in accordance with their own development,and constantly improve the level of equipment management,to improve enterprise benefit creation ability,meet enterprise sustained and stable development.FS set up a short time,members of the management team for the basic product technical background,lack of equipment management experience,at the same time,the development speed,market competition pressure,originally a set of equipment management system has been unable to meet the development needs of the company.Therefore,FS should combine with the characteristics of the company to find a set of equipment management method suitable for itself,so as to solve the problems of equipment management and improve the competitiveness and economic benefit creation ability of enterprises.The author access to a large number of equipment management information,learning attitudes and academic representatives of the equipment management system,and understand the current advanced equipment management theory and method of model reference equipment management experience of successful enterprises,and provide a theoretical basis for the effective management of FS equipment improvement.Through field investigation and research,combining the working practice,collect line equipment management information,FS equipment stability,high failure rate,long downtime,high maintenance cost,large quantities of spare parts,spare parts management problems such as weak foundation.Using the theoretical and practical combination of analysis method,legal system,for analysis and optimization of FS equipment management organizational structure andresponsibilities,and the system of FS equipment management system was improved,including the improvement of equipment management system,key equipment life cycle management,spare parts management,improved ABC classification,equipment management,improve equipment total productive maintenance management improvement and PDCA management.Finally,the improvement effect of FS was evaluated.In less than one year,all the equipment management indexes of FS were improved.Equipment downtime reduced from 5% to 1%,maintenance costs decreased by 8%,spare parts amount decreased by 11%.At the same time,the staff morale and initiative have been improved obviously,the basic work of equipment management has been strengthened,and the equipment management of the company has entered a virtuous cycle.These indicate that the optimization scheme of equipment management is effective.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the continuous improvement of FS follow-up equipment management,including continuous search for new management ideas,equipment management and technology development,intelligence development,green maintenance,etc.
