Crude oil,as a country's most important strategic resource,plays a vital role in the country's economic construction and political and military security.Due to the limited availability of crude oil in China,China 's crude oil demand is increasingly dependent on foreign countries and is susceptible to the impact of the operating environment of the international energy market.Will affect crude oil imports.The interference of these influencing factors will increase the risk of crude oil supply interruption,and will disturb the stability and safety of the crude oil supply chain of Chinese enterprises,thereby increasing the cost of using crude oil.In recent years,the environmental impact of the imported crude oil supply chain network has caused disturbances to occur unusually frequently,resulting in the interruption of crude oil supply and the inability of the crude oil supply chain network to operate stably.Essentially,due to the lack of elasticity of the crude oil supply chain,there is no effective response measures when faced with risk disturbances.Increasing the elasticity of the crude oil supply chain can enhance the resilience of the supply chain and reduce the losses caused by the disturbance.Therefore,consider adjusting the internal structure of the crude oil supply chain to increase Its elasticity,but increasing the elasticity of the supply chain requires a certain cost,and excessively increasing the elasticity is obviously inappropriate.Therefore,from the perspective of supply chain elasticity theory,this article establishes an optimized model of imported crude oil supply chain network structure,and optimizes the analysis of Sinopec's imported crude oil supply chain network to improve the stability.of the supply chain operation.This article first expounds the relevant concepts and theories of the supply chain,analyzes the nodes of the crude oil supply chain network and the operating environment of the crude oil supply chain of China's refining and chemical enterprises,and finds the problems caused by the risk factors of the crude oil supply chain in the external environment Based on the theoretical framework of supply chain elasticity,the main factors affecting the elasticity of the crude oil supply chain are analyzed,which provides a reference for the selection of model variables,and constructs a measure of the elasticity of the supply chain.Finally,the model construction and case analysis are carried out,based on the analysis of the crude oil supply chain network structure Research on the theory of elasticity,constructed a mathematical model for the optimization of the structure of the imported crude oil supply chain network,and used the imported crude oil supply chain network of Sinopec Corp.as a research object to conduct case analysis,set up different elastic strategies,and used MATLAB software to obtain crude oil supply interruptions.The results when the supply chain elasticity coefficient reaches equilibrium,analyze the results and propose optimal implementation strategies for the existing imported crude oil supply chain.
