| Inner Mongolia is an important coal power production base in China. The sustained and stable power supply provides an important guarantee for the economic operation and development of the region and the country. However, due to the ever-changing commercial and natural environment,Inner Mongolia coal power supply chain is faced with various random disturbances, and there is the risk of national economic loss caused by power interruption.Supply chain elasticity refers to the ability of the supply chain to quickly recover to the original performance level when some functions fail.It is an attribute that the supply chain should have.In order to ensure the economic development of Inner Mongolia and its surrounding areas,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the elasticity of coal power supply chain.According to the distribution and regional characteristics of power grid in Inner Mongolia, the coal power supply chain is divided into three regions: western, central and eastern.According to the different types of power plants, the coal power supply chain is divided into general power plant coal power supply chain and pithole power plant coal power supply chain.Firstly, the dynamic model of Inner Mongolia coal power supply chain system was established.Based on the idea of elastic evolution curve, the operation conditions of different types of coal power supply chain in different regions of Inner Mongolia were simulated according to different parameter groups when they encountered risk impact, and the corresponding elastic values were calculated.Secondly, four main factors affecting the elasticity of Inner Mongolia coal power supply chain are determined, including coal reserve, coal conversion coefficient, transportation rate and energy substitution rate, which are positively correlated with the elasticity of Inner Mongolia coal power supply chain. Finally, according to the analysis results of the influence factors on the elasticity of coal power supply chain, the elasticity recovery measures are proposed to study the effectiveness of the measures to restore the elasticity of the supply chain.Through the study of the elasticity of Inner Mongolia coal and electricity supply chain, the following conclusions are drawn:The central region shows the weakest ability to resist risk shocks and the lowest system elasticity value;Among different types of power plants, the coal power supply chain of pithead power plant shows stronger ability to resist risks, and the system elasticity value is higher. When the coal production link encounters the risk impact,it has the greatest influence on the system; When risks come,no matter which recovery measures are taken, the resilience of the coal and electricity supply chain shows signs of recovery, but the recovery effects of different measures are different, and the recovery effects of the same measure are also different in different areas; When the system encounters risk shock, the elastic recovery effect is best when multiple measures are taken simultaneously. Finally, this paper puts forward specific suggestions for improving the elasticity of coal and electricity supply chain in Inner Mongolia. |
