The domestic long-distance natural gas pipeline project is under construction on a large scale.The puyang-fan-taiqian-natural gas pipeline is a livelihood project.It conforms to the urban development plan along the route,plays a positive role in optimizing the local energy structure,protecting the ecological environment and improving the quality of people's life.Due to the toxic and harmful nature of the materials transported in the pipeline,once there is a leak or explosion,it will cause serious consequences and incalculable losses to the environment and people around the pipeline.Therefore,the safety of the natural gas pipeline is becoming more and more prominent,attracting more and more attention.Strengthen the research on the safety of gas transmission pipeline risk management,through specific gas pipeline project,and quantitative risk identification,find major risk source,through scientific calculation method and corresponding control measures,achieve minimum benefit is the biggest risk in practice,this approach is to solve the security problems of gas transmission pipeline is one of the most effective way.Based on the theoretical foundation of project risk management,this paper firstly identifies the safety risk factors of the project with Delphi method,and identifies 15 specific risk factors,including 4 types of risk management risks and construction process risks of the gas transmission line and gas transmission field station.Secondly,risk influencing factors were scored through expert interviews and questionnaire surveys.Then,AHP method and DEMATEL method were used for weight calculation to distinguish major and minor risks,and comprehensive influence degree was calculated to rank them.Finally,the risk factors of different importance of the project should be controlled to minimize the risk rate.At the practice level,help the local government and enterprise decision maker to understand the complete mastery of natural gas pipeline safety risk factors,found in natural gas pipeline problems of work safety in production,improve and perfect the natural gas pipeline safety production management system,to prevent and reduce gas pipeline production safety accidents,to protect the pipeline the healthy and orderly development of the enterprise,improve the puyang city gas pipeline network,gas pipeline of implementation puyang county county,provide theoretical basis to improve gas supply range and stability.
