Study On The Risk Management Of Tanzania Gas Pipeline Project

Compared with the the Construction of highway and waterworks building,the natural gas pipeline building are generally use EPC Engineering design,EPC contract mode requires the contractor signed have a higher quality of the industry.Domestic now on contract risk analysis of natural gas pipeline building the project is not professional,therefore,in the contracts for the international natural gas pipe in our country building the project of risks involved in research,should further.Thus the author is Tanzania's natural gas pipeline will face the risk of building the project contracting for in-depth discussion of risk management,and in the process of discussion puts forward corresponding solutions,contracts for the international natural gas pipeline in our country for the future provide the corresponding improvement method in building the project,reduce the risk of loss,increase the project profit.In this paper,the main gas pipeline engineering EPC project in Tanzania as the research object,in view of the risk management of the project,respectively from the angles of theory and empirical analysis.In review of project risk,project risk management,international project risk management,etc,on the basis of relevant theories,analyses the risk factors existing in the project,and through certain methods of environmental risk,operation risk in the project,the implementation of the key risk factors exist in the risk evaluation,schedule/cost risk,political risk,survey/design risk,the subcontractor,economic/financial risk,the supplier risk,market risk,the social environment ten kinds of risk put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
