In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s national economic production level and comprehensive national strength,the construction of gas pipeline projects has flourished as a result of rising energy demand and the fundamental need for energy storage and transportation.In the past 100 years,quality has been the highest.Today,the quality management of gas pipeline projects has been highly valued by the people.As the quality management of China’s gas pipeline project started relatively late,although the engineering project quality management level has made a qualitative leap from the 1980s and 1990s,there is still room for improvement in some aspects compared to developed countries.This article aims to improve the level of quality management,based on the IS09000 Quality Management System,and discusses its specific application in the quality management practice of a certain gas pipeline project.Analyze the quality influencing factors of the current gas transmission project,summarize the successful experience in the quality management of the gas transmission project,discuss the problems in the quality management process,and study the specific ways and methods to solve these problems.The paper combines systematic,institutionalized,procedural project quality management and other relevant theoretical basis,meticulously analyzes the determination method of quality control points,the scope of application of quality management methods and means,and the dialectical relationship between systematization,institutionalization,and proceduralization.In-depth study of optimal design project management organization,optimization of working methods and means,establishment and improvement of quality management work system,establishment and improvement of quality management work procedures,etc.,and put forward the adoption of a systematic,institutionalized,programmatic quality management optimization program,And from the four aspects of organizational measures,technical measures,economic measures,and contractual measures,elaborate the safeguard measures for improving the quality management of gas transmission line projects,and then fundamentally improve the quality management level of gas transmission line projects.At the end of the thesis,the paper is systematically summarized.Based on the IS09000 Quality Management System,the improved systematic,institutional,and procedural quality management model of the gas pipeline project has been constructed.It has been proved both theoretically and practically.Scientific,practical and practical.This model can give full play to people’s subjective initiative,so that quality management excellence.At the same time,the paper also forecasts the quality management prospects of gas pipeline projects,and believes that the improved systematized,institutionalized,and programmatic quality management model will enable better quality goals to be achieved for the future and overseas gas transmission.The foundation of the project quality management of the trunk line project.
