Technical personnel training management is an important part of enterprise human resource management system.Competition between modern enterprises is ultimately the competition of human resources,whose core is talent competition.Effective training management will enable the technicians to improve their knowledge,skills and attitudes to enhance the performance in working,promote the development of the enterprise,and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises in the same industry.The growth of the globalized economy has further driven the development of our economy.As a manufacturing enterprise,the JG Group,in terms of the internal environment and the external environment has dramatically changed in recent years,but,the training management is far behind the pace of the ohter enterprises.For JG group,the most urgent problem to be solved at present is how to give full play to the advantages and values of talents in the market competition,so as to strengthen the market competitive advantages of JG group by training a team of high-quality technical personnel.Taking JG group as the research object,this paper investigated the training and management of technical personnel in the enterprise.According to human capital theory,training incentive theory,career development theory and other relevant theories,it summarized the general situation,management system,managerial system,management process of technical personnel training in JG group.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it found a series of problems in the training and management of technical personnel training in JG group,such as imperfect training system,unsatisfied training needs,and incomplete evaluation of training effects.It also analyzes the problems and clarifies the reasons for the problems in training management,such as unclear training objectives for technical personnel,different levels of training emphasis on different technical personnel,single teaching methods and unitary training effect evaluation.In view of the existing problems and reasons,this paper has improved the training management of JG's technicians in combination with the relevant theory of training management and the actual situation of JG Group.This paper mainly focuses on the four aspects of training management system,management process,training needs research and training content design,training effectiveness evaluation and so on.In order to promote the implementation of the plan,a series of safeguard measures were put forward,such as system guarantee,organizational guarantee,environmental guarantee,personnel guarantee,and financial guarantee,which ensure the implementation of the training management.improvement plan for technical personnel of the JG Group.Through the analysis and design of the training management of JG Group,the new training concept,training system,training process,and training effectiveness evaluation mechanism will continuously standardize the training work for technical personnel.While improving the quality and efficiency of technical personnel training,it also stimulates the enthusiasm of JG Group's technical personnel to participate in training,which will help enterprises to improve their training effectiveness,provide continuous human resources protection for enterprises,and further enhance the economic benefits of JG Group Corporation.
