At present,the problem of irrational coal industry structure,technology structure and product structure is becoming increasingly prominent.The problem of low production concentration,low per capita efficiency and single product structure is gradually exposed.The scale and quantity of coal enterprises have been reduced continuously,and the problem of surplus workers in the coal industry is needed to be solved.At the same time,the government advocates the market-oriented transformation of state-owned enterprises,which leads to the continuous streamlining of the employees of the state-owned enterprises.The process of Supply-side Structural Reform and the State-owned Enterprises Reform,the number of reemployment personnel is increasing,to solve the employment problem has become a major problem of the government.Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and the provincial government have taken the LongMay group as the pilot of the reform of the state-owned enterprises.To promote the reemployment personnel more quickly and effectively complete the reemployment by the way of training.This paper through the research on the training needs of the LongMay Group's reemployment personnel,puts forward theoretical support and policy recommendations for the government's training.This paper studies training needs of Heilongjiang LongMay Group's reemployment personnel based on the relevant theory of training needs research at home and abroad.In this paper,the training needs is studied from two aspects: the statistical analysis of the training needs and the empirical analysis of the training will of the reemployed personnel.First,the training needs of the LongMay Group's reemployment personnel are analyzed statistically.The result shows that reemployment personnel generally accepted training value,with a strong willingness,but the actual action slightly falls behind the cognition.At the same time,the most training needs of LongMay Group's reemployment personnel is "mechanic technician" and "catering";From high to low,the preferred training methods are field training,face-to-face teaching,Multi-Media combination training.Generally,reemployment personnel show positive attitude toward training services.Secondly,this paper used SPSS17.0 to make an empirical study on the training will.Combining the characteristics of the object of study,the factors affecting of training will,and choosing individual characteristic variables,family characteristic variables,human capital variables,income variables and social environment variables as influencing factors.The data were analyzed by using the logistic regression method.The conclusions are drawn as follows: The result showed that gender,age,family population,population,education,income and social qualification requirements have a significant effect on the willingness of the reemployment's accepting training;Marriage status,training experience and social relative status have no significant relationship with their training willing.Finally,through two research results,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the training.
