Barrier lakes is a kind of lake formed by blockage of river course due to landslide, debris flow, collapse and so on.The breakout has the characteristics of sudden occurrence, fast flow velocity, wide range of influence, strong destruction and difficult to deal with, and so on.Once it collapses,it will cause huge losses to the people in the downstream. Therefore,it is very important to plan the asylum path in advance.Although a lot of fruitful research has been done on the problem of refuge selection and path planning at present, there are still many deficiencies in the application of the method to emergency shelter of barrier lake in mountainous areas.Such as the approach for selecting refuge in mountain area is lack of flexibility, can't consider the environment factor, and the problem of underdeveloped traffic has not been taken into account when plan refuge path.In order to solve the above problems, this paper has carried out the research on the refuge path of barrier lake in the mountainous area. The research includes the construction of temporary refuges method suitable for barrier lake in mountain area, and the realization of pre-planning of refuge path in multi-time period based on the dam-break flood simulation program. Finally, according to the sparse population and emergency rescue situation, two different barrier lakes are taken as the case area to carry out the experimental study. The main research work and achievements in this paper are as follows:(1)Constructing an approach for selecting temporary refuge which is suitable for barrier lake in mountainous area.First of all, according to the actual environment of barrier lake in mountainous area, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the location of temporary refuge in this area, and draws out the hierarchical map of the site selection structure to analysis. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the judgment matrix and check the consistency, determine the specific weight value which affects the location factor of temporary refuge. Finally, through theoretical analysis to determine the specific score of location impact factors in different circumstances, and combined with the first two points, construct a site selection model, and calculate the final score of temporary refuge.(2)Proposing the shortest optimization time and multi-period planning method for refuge path. After the site selection of temporary refuges and population gathering point has been completed, construct the network element analysis data set. Then, based on the Dijkstra path planning algorithm, and making the time attribute as the benchmark, realize the shortest time optimization path. The dam-break flood simulation program not only has the function of pre-simulation,but also can be used to improve the utilization rate of mountain roads and improve the rescue efficiency. After using the program to get the inundation of different periods of time, extracting interrupted roads and refuges, realize the multi-period rational path planning of barrier lake area.(3)Based on the above-mentioned research results, the experimental analysis of the case area is carried out.Taking Xiaojiaqiao barrier Lake in Sichuan Province and Baige barrier Lake in Jinsha River as experimental cases, collect remote sensing image data,DEM data and vector data of the two barrier lakes. Then, using the research method of this paper, select the temporary refuges suitable for this area, and plan the refuge path to take evacuation for the masses. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can plan the refuge path of the mountain barrier lake in advance, provide route support for the emergency refuge of the affected people when the dam-break occurs, and provide scientific basis and guidance for the rescue workers to formulate the rescue plan in the next step.
