With the development of society and the intensification of market competition,human resources have gradually evolved into the core of competitive advantage for enterprises.Performance management includes staff position adjustment,salary distribution,occupation planning and training and so on,only through the effective performance appraisal,can make the best of employee.In order to achieve sustainable development strategy of quality and efficiency,A company(in this paper A company it's Branch of China Petroleum Engineering company in Turkmenistan)has always attached great importance to human resource management and talent strategy reserve,and implemented a series of measures,but the effect is not satisfactory.The current situation of performance management in A company in this paper showed the existence of the company in the performance appraisal problems,such as in the management of the company's performance concept is not clear,the lack of enterprise related degree.Aiming at these problems,the paper perfected the performance appraisal of the company,determined the objectives and principles of the company's performance appraisal,and designed the examination form from different levels for specific implementation.In order to ensure the smooth process of practice,a series of safeguard measures have been set up in this paper.This paper is of certain significance to further promote the performance appraisal of A company and promote the development of the company.
