Secondary vocational and technical school resources and environment management in China started in 2002,so far,has formed the independent subject system,but it is still at the initial development stage,relative to other mature secondary vocational technical school discipline,the discipline of the training mode is not yet perfect,teachers strength is weak,the cultivation of excellent technical personnel many difficulties and deficiencies exist in work.Therefore,the research on the development status of the resource and environmental management major in secondary vocational and technical schools will help us to better improve the quality of talent training in this major,so as to promote the development of the resource and environmental management major in a better direction.In this paper,questionnaire survey,interview are used to analyze the development status of resource and environmental management major in the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa.First of all,the research problems are clarified,and on the basis of the existing domestic similar research,the training program of resource and environment specialty of the second secondary vocational school in Lhasa is compared with the teaching guidance program of resource and environment specialty of secondary vocational school in a macroscopic way,and the similarities and differences are found and explained.At the same time,from the micro,in this paper,the second Lhasa secondary vocational technical school students conducted a questionnaire survey,as well as the related teachers do the interview,according to the data of questionnaire investigation and interviews,item analysis concludes that the Lhasa secondary vocational technical school resources and environment of professional development.The results show that the talent training program and training objectives of the resource and environmental management major of the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa have their own characteristics.Student quality is poor;The overall level of teachers is low;Inadequate school management;Lack of quantitative evaluation criteria and indicators.To solve these problems,in reference to the principle of the ministry of education of secondary vocational school teaching plan opinion "(faculty into [2009] no.2)and the secondary vocational school resources and environment professional teaching plan on the basis of,according to the needs of social development,combined with the actual situation in the Lhasa area,summed up in this study are based on the current second Lhasa secondary vocational technical college of resources and environment management of the existing problems,on the basis of professional shift from training target,strengthen students’ skill quality,improve the level of teachers’ quality,teaching method and quality evaluation system in five aspects,such as,This paper puts forward a training mode that is conducive to improving the development status of the resource and environmental management major in the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa,and provides some practical and feasible reference Suggestions for the resource and environmental management major in the secondary vocational and technical college to become more mature and efficient.
