Research On Product QR-Code System Application Project Risk Management In V Company

Since the 21 st century,with the globalization of economy as well as rapid development and vast usage of internet information application technology,functional requirements of enterprises on information system have tended to diversify.The complexity,scale and number of processes and sub-systems composing the program of these systems keep growing.Meanwhile,more social resources and collaborations are involved.It is thus more and more difficult for the program to avoid risk by means of scientific risk management.How to improve success rate in application implementation of information system and take appropriate measures in risk management to reduce risk of information system application has increasingly become the core issue in company management.This article introduces the development history of risk management theory in information technology programs illustrating application theory and methods.Summarizing the application status of theoretical methods,it also rolls out introduction on evaluation of information technology risk factors,stakeholders,risk factors and corresponding solutions.Through the study on program risk theory and methods with the product QR-Code system application program of V Company as the concrete object for observation,this article presents the characteristics of QR-Code technology and application status at home and abroad.Based on the practical requirements of program management of V Company product QR-Code system application,incorporating risk management theories and methods into practical management of V Company in this program,it analyzes the current status and problems of product market environment,company organization structure and information technology application in every aspect with detailed explanations on the status quo and issues of the requirement of product QR-Code system,organization structure of program management,situation of outsourcing in program development and program risk management.By sorting the methods and thoughts of program risk management,this article makes it clear that the program of risk management consists of three phases.Phase One identifies risk and measures index utilizing Delphi method in conjunction with study on documents of information technology risk management to identity the risk content of this program and conduct ranking on the weight of risk probability.Phase Two selects DEA calculation model to obtain the rank of effectiveness and efficiency of parameters in this program by the calculation result of comprehensive assessment in risk input/output effectiveness and scale efficiency in DEA model.Phase Three further analyzes the calculation result of this article,spots the most important risk content of the program and evaluates if there is room for improvement.By evaluation and analysis both qualitatively and quantitatively,this article then summarizes these risk contents and proposes practical and executable risk handling measure which is a perfect management solution consisting of planning management,organization management,solution management and supervisory management.With this deployment in effectively reducing program risk,it can ensure the smooth and successful program implementation.The study of this article contributes to improving risk management of information technology application and provides program management and reference significance to those enterprises that have the same requirements as V Company does.
