| This paper will take the hazardous chemicals storage management system as the core,in the meantime,to design and implement and construct the dangerous chemicals warehouse management system on the basis of multi-faceted details and make it safety.The hazardous chemicals are of diversified and have many characteristics such as flammable,explosive,corrosive and poisonous.Especially in the storage of hazardous chemicals,the chemical industry in the fast development makes the use and storage of dangerous chemicals increasing,causing the storage management efficiency decreasing.In view of this kind of problem,this paper puts forward some reasonable and safe measures to improve the efficiency in terms of two-dimensional code management and technics.This paper analyzes the management status of domestic and foreign hazardous chemicals and hazardous chemicals warehousing industry.The development status of two-dimensional code technology in warehousing management is studied and analyzed.From that,we came to a conclusion that the two-dimensional code technology is not popular in the storage of dangerous chemicals and the effect is not very good.Therefore,the dangerous chemical warehousing management system has carried on the construction and the management.The construction of the storage system of hazardous chemicals is mainly based on the combination of hardware and software system.The storage system of hazardous chemicals is constructed and supported by two-dimensional code technology,wireless sensor technology and stepping motor technology.Then the system would be perfect and complete by using Lab VIEW program.Secondly,according to the status quo at home and abroad for the management of the system,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions and measures to complement the system,greatly improving the intelligence and automation of storage of dangerous chemicals,reducing the security risks,and thereby reducing the occurrence of security incidents. |
