Design And Implementation Of Edible Oil Traceability System Based On QR Code Two-Dimensional Code

In order to ensure food quality and safety,many countries have built laws and traceability system.This paper designs and builds traceability system for plant edible oil.Edible oil has gone through many steps from raw materials to consumers.Each step may bring harm to the quality of edible oil.Therefore,this paper constructs a traceability system to record the whole information of edible oil process.Firstly,after investigating a large number of documents,this paper focuses on the demand analysis of the system from three aspects: managers,employees and consumers.Then,according to the demand analysis,the paper makes the overall design of the traceability system for edible oil,including the overall architecture of the traceability system software and the overall framework of the traceability system function,with emphasis on the module design of the service management and information collection side in the overall functional architecture.In addition,the paper gives the uniqueness of the design of traceability code and anti-counterfeiting code: traceability code is the ID of product list number,anti-counterfeiting code is enterprise code + edible oil category code+ production date + product list number Id.Second,after completing the overall architecture design,module design,detailed design of traceability and anti-pseudo-code information,build a system database in MySQL.The system database contains 20 tables,such as manager,worker,sales,etc.System data is composed of tables linked by foreign keys.Then use Qt to build a server management system,information collection system and traceability information query system,and finally complete the whole system and test.Thirdly,after testing,the system can meet the needs of users,and the traceability system has quick response,simple equipment and stable operation.The construction of this traceability system can have a important use value for the traceability system of edible oil and play a importan role in promoting its development.
