| Prefabricated building is the one constructed using industrial methodology,which consists of designing,manufacture,transportation and construction.To begin with this method,prefabricated components should be produced in factory,then vehicle to the construction site and finish the assembly.Compared with the traditional building construction,the prefabricated building construction has higher production efficiency,and is more environmentally friendly.Now,in the fast-growing China,more and more attention is paidto the friendly environmental construction method,the traditional building cannot satisfy the demand of sustainable development.And the thrive of prefabricated building will become an inevitable development trend in the future.However,at present,the prefabricated building methodology is still at its early stage in China.There are still many problems in aspects such as designing and construction.This thesis focuses mainly on the safety management of prefabricated building,discuss about relative influence factors and establish a assessment criterion in order to provide some advice for future construction activities..The safety management in the construction engineering is very important.Safety is the prerequisite for quality of building and work of efficiency.If any accident occurs,it will hinder the progress of project,and it will harm the business benefits.And some particularly significant construction safety accidents will directly affect the stability of the society.Therefore,while we are seeking economic development to build a socialist harmonious society,it is necessary to strengthen the research and discussion on the safety management of construction projects.This thesis analyzes and compares the existing comprehensive evaluation system for prefabricated building safety in China and other countries.Based on the achievements of predecessors’ scientific research,the analysis is carried out with the consideration of the features of prefabricated buildings.From the perspective of the causes of safety accidents in prefabricated building construction projects,this thesis analyzes the causes and come up with the main influence factors of prefabricated building construction safety.Establish an evaluation index system that can comprehensively reflects the construction safety in its onsite assembly operation space.Using the analytic hierarchy process method to calculate weights of index and using the attribute mathematical method to establish a prefabricated building construction safety evaluation model.Then a selected case is analyzed,and its safety grades of prefabricated building is evaluated.In the end,this thesis provides countermeasures and suggestion for key influence factors. |
