| The construction industry is an important impetus for the economic development of our country,and the construction industry has been developing rapidly in recent years.But because the construction industry is more labor intensive,the construction environment is complex,the aerial work is more,so it has always been one of the high-risk industries in China.Assembly building is a new construction method originated in Europe,which has great advantages relative to the traditional construction mode,which can enhance the mechanization degree of construction site and reduce the number of construction personnel.However,due to factors such as the high quality of prefabricated components of prefabricated buildings,they have unique construction difficulties,there are other hidden safety problems,and new safety management methods are needed to solve them.Application of bim technology to prefabricated building management is a hot topic at home and abroad.This paper first introduces the origin and development of prefabricated buildings,analyzes the differences between construction and traditional buildings,finds out the existing safety management problems,and carries out hazard source identification and analysis.Secondly,through understanding the theory and application of bim technology analysis bim the feasibility of the application of technology in prefabricated buildings,and technical,economic,environmental analysis.After that,an bim assembly project in Fujian is analyzed by establishing the application model in the assembly building.Based on the characteristics of parameterized simulation,information sharing,visual simulation and data correlation of bim technology,the possible risks in construction are effectively forecasted,and the safety management scheme of prefabricated engineering is established in time to avoid achieves the purpose of safety production management of the project. |
