Research On Human Resource Motivation Of XJ Oilfield SJ Company

Motivation is the core of human resource management,a set of complete and effective incentive measurescan improve the overall efficiency of the human resource,SJ company undertakes the XJ Oilfield information construction planning,management and operation and maintenance,XJ Oilfield transmission management network construction and operation,technical support of regional center of XJ Oilfield,is a informationtechnology support unit of China petroleum,SJ company plans to use 5 years,through information technology will be in XJ Oilfield in 2020 to build a comprehensive perception,automatic control,trend prediction and optimization decision of the intelligent oil field.To support these huge project,need powerful human resources as a backup,must have a set of scientific and effective and feasible incentive measures.The researchon human resources incentive problem of SJ company has a non negligible effect on the information level of XJ Oilfield,so as to improve the level of information project management.Therefore,the research on human resources incentive problemof SJ company has a direct influence on the project of XJOilfield and the project of Petrochina.Effective incentives can stimulate the efficiency of talents,to effectively support the project management of XJ Oilfield.In this paper,buy using a combination of interviews and questionnaire survey methods,selecting six indicators of material motivation,work environment,work itself,personal development,external competition and internal competition,using SPSS statistical software to analyze the data.After summarizing the results of the analysis,sort out the problem,then,suggestions for optimization from five aspects are put forward.
