With the rapid development of China's economy since the reform and opening 40 years ago,some industry had meet a rapidly development opportunity in Yangtze River delta region,and also made some middle and small-sized enterprises ushered in a rapid development period.But with the disappearance of demographic dividend and the adjustment of government policy,the competitive is more and more serve,the profit of middle and small-sized enterprises reduced a lot,the growth begin to decrease and some of them faced survival pressure.Fagerdala Suzhou is a packaging company that provide packaging materials and packaging products for some customer,such as consumer electric,precision instrument and medical device etc.In recently years,Fagerdala Suzhou company increasing the business rely on a good foreign background and good product performance.However,some problems happened with the high expansion in recently years,such as the main business in PE cushion and cartons scope has met fierce competition.In order to control the increased cost those customers will choose some more competitive price partners or new substitutes,the market competition is more intense.As well as the increase in labor cost,environmental protection input and fire service input,the enterprise earning power reduced a lot in recent years.So face such an intense market surrounding,Fagerdala Suzhou company need to find a suitable strategy for the future development.This article is divided into four parts,including information input,strategic matching,strategic decision and choice and strategic implementation,Firstly,introduce and analysis the company general environment,competition environment and industrial environment,by using CPM and EFE and porter five model tool,the methods of questionnaire,analyzes the competition situation and the status of the company to adapt to the external environment factors;Secondly,by analyzing the internal factors of company resources,ability,core competitiveness and other aspects of Fagerdala suzhou company,and by using the IFE tool to evaluate the internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise;Thirdly,specific strategic plan can be obtained by using SWOT,SPACE,GSM,QSPM and other strategic analysis and decision-making tools.Finally,specific implementation measures can be taken to select the strategic,and support the implementation of measures and risk response.
