Qiaodan Sports is a considerable strength in the sports product industry.Especially under the recent developing trend of sports product,considering Qiaodan Sports as the researching target,by using famous analytical tool in management field to research the developing strategy of this enterprise,which can provide notable reference for research on formulating the competitive strategies of Chinese private enterprise.Qiaodan Sports is one of Chinese local enterprises,which seizes the great opportunity of Chinese market economy development and follows the developing trend of Chinese sports industry,finally establishes comparative business scale and profitable ability.But as the market competition becomes more and more intense,how to survive and develop in the following competition,is a fatal topic for participant like Qiaodan Sports in sports industry.Based on years of experience in managing the enterprise and knowledge learned in the EMBA,the author of this thesis synthetically uses PEST,five force model,SWOT,Balanced Score Card and other management tools to research the competition strategy of Qiaodan Sports.It finally figures out to persist in low cost and adopt multidimensional&differentiated strategy in product channels and promotional activities as the conclusion,meanwhile,expounds the required guarantee for practice this competition strategy.It's believed that,this topic will bring notable referential effect for Qiaodan Sports to choose general strategy in the future,and definitely will also push forward the execution of its strategy.At the same time,this research may probably become the reference for private enterprises to formulate strategies,and hope it may provide referential meanings for Chinese local enterprises' sustainable development.
