China's titanium industry has developed rapidly since 2001.Since 2010,the production of sponge titanium and titanium processed materials has ranked first in the world,and has become a major country in the titanium industry.But at the same time,China's titanium products also have serious problems of insufficient high-end production capacity and low-end production capacity.There are many manufacturers of titanium materials,and the market share is scattered.Most of them can only produce low-end civilian titanium materials.The market is fiercely competitive,the price is severe,and the profit margin is low.Only three manufacturers have the ability to supply high-end military products.Among them,Baotai,the number one company,has the largest market share in the high-end product market,and its share exceeds the total of the second and third.The research object of this article is that it is difficult for Western Titanium to gain market share in the high-end market,and it is difficult to capture excess profits in the low-end market.The competition it faces is very severe.Titanium industry is supported by national policies and market demand.It has developed rapidly in recent years,and there are many small and medium-sized enterprises.The research in this article can provide ideas for the development direction of the majority of small and medium-sized titanium enterprises.It has strong practical significance.In view of the current competition status of the western titanium industry,this article first analyzes the status of the enterprise and the titanium industry in detail.In the process,it analyzes and predicts the causes of the status quo and the direction of future development.Second,it uses PEST analysis and the five forces The model analyzes and analyzes the external environment and competition status of the company.It also analyzes the internal and external value chains of the company,including industry value chain analysis and competitor value chain analysis.The focus is on the analysis of the internal value chain of the company.Each link analyzes and summarizes it as the main line.Finally,through SWOT matrix analysis,the company's internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats are clarified,and a strategy matrix is formed to help decision-making and selection of the company's competitive strategy.After the above research work,through the feasibility analysis of the three basic competition strategies implemented by Western Titanium Corporation,it was concluded that Western Titanium Corporation is suitable for implementing a centralized competition strategy,and analyzed the implementation path and guarantee.
