Research On Enterprise Risk Management For The Pipeline Project Of EPC

Domestic pipeline project use the mode of EPC for the first time since 2004,after more than 10 years of development,it has been in the stage of large-scale promotion.For the pipeline project of EPC,often has a large investment,long operation period,many uncertain factors,complex system of petrol,involving a wide range of professional technical aspects,and the complicated relationship between the interests of the project construction,etc.And internal and external environment were changed,more risks came out in the process of project implementation,now all kinds of single and independent risk management system,already can't adapt to the actual needs for the EPC projects,to construct a set of enterprise risk management system,prevent and control various kinds of risks,avoid the loss from the significant risk,and guarantee the project benefit maximization.Based on studying related documents,using the traditional risk management theory,collecting information of risk management cases,then analysis and summarize of EPC project risk management,from the domestic pipeline EPC project risk management present situation and existing problems,build a enterprise risk management system,including original information collection,risk assessment,strategy and risk response,supervision and improvement,and connecting with the total risk management practice of pipeline EPC project in progress,to verify the effectiveness of the total risk management system and operability.Through researches,this paper proposed the concept of enterprise risk management for the pipeline project of EPC,especially the construction of total risk management organizational structure,the implementation of closed loop type of enterprise risk management process,effective monitoring and the management report.Good practice and the research conclusion has been proved that it can improve everyone's consciousness,further clear responsibility,specifying the language,strengthening the early warning,and ensure they are all controlled;and use the unified tools and methods for business management,especially solve the problem of integration between the risk and other systems.Providing a set of enterprise risk management and decision support services,has great practical guiding significance for EPC pipeline projects group and company to use it.
