Enterprise Resource Planing(ERP)is a platform based on information technology and based on systematic advanced management ideas to provide decision-making and operational management tools for enterprise decision makers and employees.ERP system is an important means to promote enterprise management and is the foundation of enterprise informatization development.It plays a significant role in optimizing enterprise business process and improving enterprise core competitiveness.Based on the theory of risk management and combined with the example of the ERP upgrading project of Huajin Enterprise,this paper focuses on the research of the risk management of the ERP upgrading project.The content is divided into the following four parts:Firstly,the paper describes the construction process of the ERP system of Huajin Enterprise,introduces a series of information management problems caused by the lack of project risk management,as well as the scope and content of the ERP upgrade and transformation project system.Secondly,based on the theory and method of risk management identification,the risk identification process of ERP upgrading project in Huajin Enterprise is constructed.Adopting the methods of pre-analysis,brainstorming,hierarchical holographic modeling,Delphi and fishbone diagram to analyze the risk factors of the ERP upgrading project of Huajin Enterprise,and forming the risk identification matrix of this project,providethe basis for risk identification below.Thirdly,according to the principle of project risk evaluation and the evaluation process of each stage of project implementation,the risk evaluation index system of each stage of the upgrading and transformation of ERP project of Huajin Enterprise is established.This paper constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the implementation risk of the ERP upgrading and transformation project in Huajin Enterprise,refines the risk level of the risk factors,and obtains the results of the project risk evaluation.Among them,the risk factors of management pattern reform,project team management,data collection management,system user training are more prominent.Finally,based on the high risk level of risk identification and risk evaluation for the ERP upgrading and transformation project of Huajin Enterprise,reasonable risk response measures are formulated according to the project risk factors,which makes the theory more practical.And the risk management method application process,the achievement,the existence insufficiency carries on the summary.
