In the competitive market environment,every enterprise is faced with the problem of how to continue the healthy development.This requires that enterprises must formulate development strategies to adapt to their internal and external environment,and scientific development strategies can solve the problems and difficulties existing in enterprises.With the change of the economic environment at home and abroad,the competition in the ceramic industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,ceramic enterprises should evaluate the internal conditions and external environment comprehensively,and strengthen their competitive strength by setting scientific strategic goals.This paper studies the development strategy of ChengYi ceramics co.,LTD.It mainly includes competitive strategy,functional strategy,etc.,using tools such as PEST analysis,porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis to study the macro environment and mesoenvironment of the ceramic industry at present.At the same time,with the combination of internal tangible resources,intangible resources and existing capabilities,a comprehensive and detailed study of ChengYi ceramics co.,LTD.Through analysis,this paper believes that: the external opportunity of ChengYi ceramics is greater than the threat;Enterprises should seize the external "One Belt And One Road" strategic opportunities and formulate and implement targeted development strategies.This paper puts forward that the ChengYi ceramics company should always adhere to the basic concept of "win the public praise by quality,win the market by integrity,and obtain benefits by service",and promote the recognition of domestic and foreign customers and the industry with the guidance of "the best products,the best quality service".Based on the above analysis,further put forward the company from the overall strategy,competitive strategy and functional strategy three levels: the implementation of strategic choice,stick to the SO expansionary strategy,maintain the brand quality advantage,increase the technology research and development,improve the market share,joint policy and economic superiority resources development strategy,to realize enterprise short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic goals.Finally,in order to become art ceramic company can effectively implement the strategic objectives and measures,this article from the organization's security,system security,cultural security,monitoring,corrective security four aspects discusses the strategy implementation of security system,the future of the enterprise into the healthy and sustainable development road has a good application value,the other ceramic enterprises in the strategic development and strategic transformation also has certain reference value and practical significance.
