Research On The Development Strategy Of HJ Group

With the acceleration of urbanization and economic development in China and the continuous improvement of urban infrastructure construction,people have gradually increased from the need for material civilization to the pursuit of spiritual civilization.On the road to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it has become very important to balance economic development with ecological,social and spiritual progress.At present,the problem of urban solid waste pollution caused by the rapid development of cities in China has become very serious.Garbage siege has become an increasingly significant "urban disease" after traffic congestion and air pollution.Moreover,traditional waste disposal technology has been unable to better meet the requirements of the state on environmental governance.The report to the 19 th national congress of the CPC once again stressed the need to strengthen socialist ecological progress,actively implement and carry out the spirit that "clear waters and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver",and put environmental protection and governance in the context of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.HJ group,as a state-owned enterprise for comprehensive treatment of domestic waste in hangzhou,is facing an unprecedented transformation of industrial technology and market-oriented reform of environmental sanitation.Therefore,it becomes extremely important to study how to formulate enterprise strategy and development direction adapting to the construction of national ecological civilization under the new market environment and industry technology.This paper firstly takes the national ecological civilization construction as the background,analyzes the reasons that restrict the development of HJ group under the central supervision of environmental protection and the reform and development of environmental protection industry,and puts forward the research ideas of enterprise development.Secondly,literature research,investigation,PEST model analysis and other research methods were used to comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of HJ group.Then,through the establishment of SWOT matrix model,the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises are analyzed to clarify the opportunities and threats of enterprises in market competition.Finally,through systematic analysis and research,the development goals,strategic thoughts,implementation strategies and guarantee schemes of HJ group are put forward.Through objective research and strategic analysis of HJ group,it can provide theoretical reference for HJ group in its own strategic development,help HJ group seize the spring breeze of environmental sanitation market reform and development,realize the purpose of enterprise transformation and upgrading,and make certain contributions to the construction of ecological civilization in Hangzhou.Second,from the perspective of enterprises,try to build a bridge between economic development and environmental protection.Third,I hope this paper can help the government to supervise the market of sanitation industry,understand the needs of enterprises and the market,form the benign development of sanitation industry,and establish a good relationship between the government and enterprises.
