| The energy management system is an organic combination of a series of energy management methods such as energy monitoring,energy audit,energy saving evaluation,energy efficiency benchmarking and so on.It can integrate existing energy management means to run through the whole production and operation activities.The establishment and operation of the energy management system,not only can reduce operating costs and improve the utilization rate of energy,but also help the enterprise to achieve the goal of saving energy on schedule,to complete the economic and social benefits of the target enterprise bigger,with national enterprises to better support one of the important technologies of energy saving and emission reduction plan targets.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Daqing Oilfield Co energy management,this paper finds out the problems of energy statistics,energy saving equipment management and energy efficiency assessment mechanism in the process of energy management.In view of these typical problems in enterprise energy management under the guidance of the theory,starting from the system of management,statistics management,energy assessment,energy-saving planning,analysis of energy management status of the Daqing Oilfield Co,the Daqing Oilfield Co found the energy management problems existing in the application of information technology,such as the establishment of evaluation index system,process control and punishment the mechanism.Therefore,according to the GB/T 23331-2012 "energy management system requirements" framework in the provisions of the Daqing Oilfield Co on the energy management system for construction,and according to the PDCA mode of operation,in accordance with the "leadership decision-making and ready to define the scope of the initial energy audit system planning and energy management system documentation system operation management review" the construction steps run Daqing Oilfield Co energy management system. |
