Research Of Equipment Management System Based On PDCA In Xiangshan Mine

The important content of business administration is an equipment management.Equipment to run for Long-term stabilization and trouble-free is the key factor ofbusiness economic benefits. Based on a thorough study of the coal mine equipmentmanagement system in our country and analyzing the existing problems of Xiangshan mineequipment management, it is established the machine ring double-check system of Xiangshanmine with TPM by the core ideas of the repaired through spot-inspection. And it achieved agood management effect.Firstly, considering the present situation of domestic and foreign equipment repairmanagement, analyze the problems of Xiangshan mine equipment management to lay thefoundation for the optimization and improvement of management. Secondly, research the ideaof the repaired through spot-inspection and TPM to established the machine ringdouble-check system of Xiangshan mine which has the core ideas of the repaired throughspot-inspection and TPM. At the same time explore the PDCA cycle theory in theoptimization of Xiangshan mine equipment management business process to achieve thebottom-up gradual process optimization, and further improve the application of machine ringdouble check system in Xiangshan mine. Finally, research the theoretical basis, informationconstruction and implementation steps of the informatization and intelligentialize of coalmine equipment management system. Analyze the necessity of the use of informationtechnology to establish intelligent mine equipment management system. Informationization,intelligent transformation and the power monitoring of the mine and anti grade trip system idas an example to analyze the function and the modules of system.The project has been applied widely in Xiangshan mine, and obtained the actual benefit.
