National parks are designed to protect typical, representative and rarity ecosystems, natural and cultural heritage or landscapes, designated and unified by the state according to law.It can Provide the public with education, scientific research, recreation opportunities. It adopts the ecological environment, natural resource protection and moderate tourism development as the basic strategy to achieve a wide range of effective protection through a small scope of moderate development. It is an effective protection and management model that can properly handle the relationship between ecological environment protection and resource development and utilization. As a measure of the sustainable development of ecosystems, ecotourism carrying capacity is applied to national parks,a complex ecosystem different from general tourist attractions. It plays an important role in the protection of the natural environment, preservation of species and genetics, provision of national recreation and prosperity of the local economy, promotion of academic research and environmental education.Taking Qianjiangyuan National Park as a case study, this paper uses energy theory and ecological footprint model to calculate the ecological footprint, emergy ecological carrying capacity, energy value ecotourism footprint, and energy value ecotourism carrying capacity of the case during the 13-year period from 2005 to 2017.and also calculates the ecological footprint of each type of land. The results show that the ecological footprint of per capita energy value has a downward trend as a whole, from 2.579ha/cap in 2005 to 2.003ha/cap in 2017.The per capita energy carrying capacity is on the rise, from 3.45ha/cap in 2005 to 4.51ha/cap in 2017.The per capita energy value of ecotourism footprint and per capita energy value of ecotourism carrying capacity are on the rise. The per capita energy value ecotourism footprint has increased from 0.270ha/cap in 2005 to 1.122ha/cap in 2017.Per capita energy value ecotourism capacity increased from 0.36ha/cap in 2005 to 2.528ha/cap in 2017.Among the ecological footprints of various types of land, the ecological footprint of grassland and cultivated land is relatively large, accounting for 99%of the total ecological footprint, and the ecological footprint of fossil fuel land, water area, construction land and forest land is small.Overall, the ecological footprint of per capita construction land has increased in the past 13 years, from 0.002ha/cap to 0.0037ha/cap,and the per capita ecological footprint of other types of land has declined. From the perspective of sustainable development indicators, the per capita ecotourism carrying capacity is generally larger than the per capita ecotourism footprint. And an ecological surplus appears. The ecological footprint of 10,000 yuan of GDP has been declining year by year, indicating that regional resource utilization is getting higher and higher. The ecological footprint diversity index decreased, indicating that the land use of each type is uneven. The development capability index has risen and the regional social and economic development capabilities have continued to increase.Further, through the partial least squares regression, the model of the impact mechanism of ecotourism carrying capacity demand was constructed, and the influencing factors of ecotourism footprint were analyzed in depth.the order of importance of each factor is the unemployment rate>the whole society fixed assets investmen>the total number of tourists>the tertiary industry GDP>the annual per capita income of rural residents. The GDP of the tertiary industry and the total number of tourists are positively correlated with the per capita ecotourism footprint. The unemployment rate, the fixed asset investment of the whole society and the annual per capita net income of rural residents are negatively correlated with the per capita energy ecotourism footprint. Finally, some suggestions for the economic, social and cultural development of the case are put forward. In the economic aspect,it is necessary to promote green economy development and industrial upgrading, and to broaden the sources of ecological protection funds and protect the ecological environment. In the social aspect,it is necessary to comply with social development, further improve the living standards of residents, promote the development of local communities, and improve local education, health, transportation and other conditions. In terms of culture,In terms of culture,we must form a social ecological civilization and shape the core values of society. To establish a harmonious and unified development concept between man and nature,Green Water Mountain is the value concept of Jinshan Yinshan.Advocate green development,eco-tourism,inherit traditional culture with local characteristics, create tourism products full of cultural characteristics, and tap and innovate traditional culture. This research is of great significance to the construction of national parks.lt also has an irreplaceable role in regional sustainable development and harmony between man and nature.
