With the vigorous construction of our country’s national ecological civilization, the construction of the national park system is in full swing. As the highest-level nature reserve in our country, the protection of national parks is self-evident.The relevant documents convey the concept of "the strictest protection".However,"the strictest protection" does not mean prohibiting all reasonable development and utilization. The development of ecotourism activities in national parks has its inherent theoretical support and logical relationship. This research focuses on the core issue of "the suitability of national parks for ecotourism" in order that the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park can achieve a balance between the development of eco-tourism and natural ecological protection, realizing the harmonious unity of the ecological, economic and social benefits of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park. This research starts from the two perspectives of "logical suitability" and "process suitability",combining macro and micro, theoretical analysis and practical research, comprehensively using analytic hierarchy process, spatial analysis and other methods. This study takes Siberian Tiger and Leopard National Park as a case analysis site to make comprehensive and dialectical analysis of the suitability of national parks for eco-tourism.A specific implementation plan for optimizing suitable eco-tourism activities in the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park is proposed based on the status quo of the Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park. The conclusions of the study are summarized as follows:(1)Analyze the suitability of national parks for eco-tourism from the perspective of "logical suitability".Starting from ecological logic, historical logic, and benefit logic,we conclude that it is appropriate to develop eco-tourism in national parks at the level of "logical suitability" theory.Analyzing the suitability of national parks for eco-tourism from the perspective of "process suitability",the development of suitable eco-tourism activities in national parks in our country needs to meet the three conditions of ecological suitability, educational suitability, and community suitability.(2)Put forward the optimization ideas for the practical dilemma of ecotourism suitability in Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park: clarify the three optimization principles such as "balance tourism space and tiger and leopard space, balance tourism experience and environmental education, and balance ecological protection and community development",and put forward three optimization paths such as "Scientific planning of suitable spaces for eco-tourism,reasonable planning of suitable activities for eco-tourism,and deepening the development of suitable communities for eco-tourism".(3)Propose a suitable eco-tourism optimization practice plan for Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park based on the optimized path, discussing the suitable space optimization strategy for eco-tourism in the national park, proposing optimization strategies for the eco-tourism activities in the national park, proposing optimization strategies for suitable community of the eco-tourism in the national park.In general, this study puts forward the conditions for the development of suitable eco-tourism activities in national parks in our country through a multi-angle analysis of the suitability of ecotourism in national parks.Combining with the analysis of the status quo and problems of Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park,a suitable eco-tourism optimization practice plan for Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park is proposed to make useful explorations for the development of ecological tourism in national parks in our country.
