With the economy development of China and the world,the demand for medical care,chemicals industry,e-commerce,logistics and electronic products and other products is also growing,as an important sign on the product and repair,the role of adhesive material has gradually entered the public line of sight.In recent years,China attaches great importance to the upgrading and development of new material industry.As a new material industry,self-adhesive material has also received support from the national policy,and the upstream and downstream industry technology has also been developed.The upgrading and optimization of the industrial structure makes the development of the industry tend to be stable.The huge gap in the Chinese market makes foreign adhesive manufacturers entered the Chinese market.Low barriers to entry the industry,the high profit margin,the good market prospect and the highly use frequency makes investors take aim at this market,the domestic coating manufacturer also grow up so fast.How to take a place on the adhesive industry in such environment is the most problem.Based on the adhesive manufacturer PR company,the research from the perspective of business development and the company management.Analyze the PR company's external environment at first,sort out such opportunities like the PR companies face to good market prospects,the state of good policy support and so on.beside the opportunities,PR company also face to such threats of the fierce competition and the low barriers to entry the industry.Build the EFE matrix by analyze the opportunities and threats factors.In addition,PR company has obvious advantages such as advanced production equipment and good operating conditions,as well as disadvantages in urgent need of improvement such as imperfect internal management system and lack of corporate culture.By sorting out the advantages and disadvantages of the company,IFE matrix is formed.After listing various factors that have significant influence on enterprises,SWOT matrix analysis is carried out on PR companies.Combined with relevant theories of enterprise strategic management,it is concluded that in the future,PR companies should adopt the guidelines of differentiated competitive strategy and vertical integration development strategy to help PR companies achieve their business objectives.In order to ensure the smooth implement of the strategy,this paper also offer the measures to ensure the implement of the strategy from the company system,human resources,corporate culture,science and technology as well as financial aspects.
