Research On The Optimization Of A Enterprise Technology-Oriented Employee Training

Attaching importance to staff training is the need of national development,enterprise growth and life and property safety.No matter the size of the enterprise,employee training is indispensable.Konosuke Matsushita once said:"the best assets of enterprises are people Employees are the most valuable resources.Only by doing a good job as"employees"can an enterprise improve its core competitiveness and base itself on the era of knowledge economy.Therefore,how to have a scientific staff training system that can adapt to the needs of enterprise development in the era of knowledge economy has become an important topic for every enterprise to think about.Based on A enterprise as an example,this paper for its skilled workers training optimization research,first of all,this paper combines questionnaire method,field survey method,interview method,statistical analysis method,literature research method and chart analysis method to obtain the raw data of enterprise technical staff training.Secondly,based on the related basic theory research and training,for A more in-depth research of the current enterprise technical staff training analysis,found that the enterprise technical staff training is training needs analysis,training program design,training courses,training lecturer team and five aspects of the training effect evaluation,and analyzes the reasons.Then,scientific training theories and training tools are used to propose targeted optimization schemes and practical safeguard measures according to the actual situation of A company,so as to improve the efficiency and effect of training for technical staff of A company and improve the overall quality of technical staff.Finally,it is pointed out that the training problem of enterprise A not only reflects the personality characteristics,but also reflects the common problems in China's production enterprises.It is hoped that this study on the optimization of training of enterprise A's technical employees can provide reference for the training of similar enterprises.
