The Qing-lv Railroad Branch Lines is the only approach to the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.Assuming the major task of aerospace products and living materials transportation,it has an important national defense value and serves as the "lifeline" and "main artery" of the launch site.Subject to the aging construction,poor natural environment,low initial construction level,annual overload operation,and large overall traffic volume,the Qing-lv Railroad has a poor condition of operation and a large potential risk.Once affecting the railway safety,the incident not only directly jeopardizes the safety of aerospace products,but also invites great possibility of profound social consequences and even international disputes.With the sharp increase in the number of space launches and other missions in recent years,the Qing-lv Railroad Branch Lines is facing a more severe security situation.Study of risk management method of railway transportation and implement of effective risk control are of great significance for ensuring the safety of aerospace products.Under the above background,by studying the risk management method for the potential risk of the current operation safety of Qing-lv Railroad Branch Lines,this paper serves the purpose of developing a set of risk management strategies for aerospace products based on existing conditions.Through the risk management method and the analysis of environmental factors,equipment factors,personnel factors and management factors involved in the transportation of aerospace products undertaken by Qing-lv Railway,this paper establishes a holographic model for railway transportation.After comprehensively considering the historical data,expert evaluation and post opinions,the paper screens out nine typical risk events,and conducts risk assessment.According to the evaluation results,the paper formulates risk control guidelines and ideas to develop feasible and effective risk control measures,laying a good foundation for risk control,emergency disposal and fault handling of railway transportation process.
