Agricultural and rural modernization is based on the goal of agricultural modernization.It is a full understanding of the interaction process between the economic foundation and superstructure,as well as a deep understanding of the productive forces and relations of production in the socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics.It is also the only way to comprehensively realize socialist modernization.The establishment of agricultural and rural modernization demonstration zones is a major measure to comply with the new trend of accelerating agricultural and rural modernization and promote agricultural quality and efficiency improvement.It is of great significance for demonstrating and leading the new stage of agricultural and rural modernization construction.Due to the characteristics of diversified investment,long construction period,wide impact range,and large construction scale of agricultural and rural modernization demonstration zone projects,there are a series of factors that may trigger social stability risks in the development process,such as land and housing expropriation compensation,ecological environment impact,safety and health,etc.If the response measures are not appropriate,it will have many consequences.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate and identify the social stability risks of the agricultural and rural modernization demonstration zone project,and to preset response measures with ideal treatment effects to ensure the smooth promotion of the project.This article proposes a research on social stability risk analysis based on hierarchical holographic modeling method for the agricultural and rural modernization demonstration zone project.Through the literature review method,the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars was systematically and comprehensively summarized,and the relevant rules and regulations formulated by local regional governments were compared.The causes and analysis process of social stability risks were explained.Using the Delphi method method,the risk factors of social stability of the agricultural and rural modernization demonstration area project are obtained,and a hierarchical holographic model of social stability analysis of the agricultural and rural modernization demonstration area project is constructed.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,quantify various risk factors,construct a judgment matrix,calculate weights,and pass the consistency test of the matrix.Based on specific cases,establish an expert team and conduct risk surveys,identify risks based on the survey results,construct a holographic model of social stability risk level,and combine the expert team’s evaluation opinions to determine the risk level.Taking into account risks and the specific situation of the project,comprehensive and effective risk management and prevention measures have been proposed,and risk analysis conclusions have been drawn to prove the feasible value of the project.
