With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for work safety is increasing day by day.However,the safety situation of production enterprises in China is still not optimistic at this stage.In recent years,the serious accidents happened frequently in the process of production,especially the serious accidents of production safety,which caused the economic loss and the bad social influence.How to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of safety accidents in the production process has become an urgent problem to be solved.The essential goal of enterprise safety management is to manage the risk in the production process,that is,to discover and control the risk.The aim of this paper is to identify and evaluate the hazard sources in the system,and then establish the fault tree model of the important hazard sources.The structure importance of the basic cause of the top accident is obtained.In order to prevent roof accidents,the most economic and feasible safety measures are put forward.In this paper,the author of S Company as an example,through the establishment of a risk assessment team,the preparation of activity table,the use of LEC method to identify and evaluate the risk involved in the production process of S.On the basis of risk identification and evaluation,the "LNG leakage and explosion" event with the highest operational risk was selected as the top accident event.By constructing the fault tree risk analysis model,the structural importance coefficients of each basic event of "LNG leakage and explosion" are obtained.Finally,according to the risk analysis results of the fault tree model,a feasible improvement scheme is proposed.At the same time,it is also expected that this paper can provide theoretical and methodological reference for safety workers in the same industry in risk management of production safety.Based on the practice,this study analyzes the accident tree of the top event,and puts forward the most economical and feasible safety precautions to prevent the top event,which provides support and help for the author’s future work.In addition,the risk analysis model of accident tree constructed in this paper also hopes to provide reference and reference for other safety workers.
