The paper takes the spherical storage tank in the operation stage as the research object,and focuses on the risk evaluation system of the spherical storage tank.The purpose is to determine the risk level of the spherical tank operation stage,clarify the key risk factors,and specifically guide the daily safety management of the spherical tank.Firstly,based on data collection,literature review and theoretical analysis,combined with accident causation theory and hazard source classification theory,the paper analyzes the mechanism of spherical tank operation accidents,and then develops the risk identification of spherical tank operation,and carries out risk factors.Inductive classification,get the "human-material-technology-environment" four types of sub-top events,and on this basis further analysis of the 54 basic risk factors in the spherical tank operation stage.Firstly,based on data collection,literature review and theoretical analysis,combined with accident causation theory and hazard source classification theory,the paper analyzes the mechanism of spherical tank operation accidents,and obtains the main types of spherical tank operation accidents.The-RBS risk identification model identifies the risk of the spherical tank operation process,and further analyzes the 54 basic risk factors of the spherical tank operation stage based on the coupling results.In view of the high complexity of spherical tank operation safety risk factors,and the large occurrence randomness and evaluation fuzziness,the paper establishes a spherical fault tank risk assessment model based on fuzzy fault tree,and uses expert consistency aggregation analysis to eliminate expert subjective The ambiguity of the opinions,using the heterogeneous expert group to judge the fuzzy events,through the fuzzification and defuzzification process to obtain the probability of the occurrence of the fault tree top event,and the sensitivity analysis and the minimum cut set sorting.Then apply the risk assessment system in the actual case to verify its rationality and feasibility.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis of the causes of accidents,based on the characteristics of spherical tank operation accidents,the mechanism of the occurrence of spherical tank operation accidents was determined,and a risk control system based on prevention and emergency was established. |
