The ecological problems brought by the economic development have been paid more and more attention by the public.Among them,as the smallest individual in Urban Agglomeration-the problem of environmental governance in the community is especially valued by the residents.With the continuous development of China in recent years the city’s community surrounding environment problems have become increasingly prominent,including the number and content of the surge,the extension and the increase of complexity,the government and citizens to solve these problems and management attention is constantly upgrading.But because of the influence of economic development,population,social contradiction and information technology,the difficulty of community environmental governance is increasing.Relying solely on public power to govern has been unable to meet the actual social needs.Therefore,it is imperative to introduce ecological citizens to participate in community environmental governance.Based on the introduction of community environmental governance models at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the inspiration of these models to China’s eco citizen participation in urban community environmental governance.It also emphasizes the reasons why eco citizens participate in community environmental governance.It also analyzes the difficulties faced in the actual participation process,including identity,participation channels,participation in rights and interests and participation outcomes.Combined with the actual situation,the role of ecological citizen participation in environmental governance is positioned.It is considered that ecological citizens are the propeller of ecological construction,the defender of orderly governance,the propagator of ecological virtues and the coordinator of ecological interests.Accordingly,the government should take measures to create diversified paths,protect legitimate rights and interests,strengthen participation awareness,transform governance concepts and promote exchanges at home and abroad,so as to provide guarantee for ecological citizens to participate in community environmental governance. |
