Study On The Environmental Governance Of Q Community In Z City From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Environmental governance has been a hot topic in recent years,and most studies focus on the improvement of urban and rural human settlements.However,environmental problems in urban communities cannot be ignored.Especially in the present,when material conditions are relatively rich,the concept of beautiful China,beautiful city and beautiful community has gradually entered the hearts of ordinary people.In particular,as a key part of national governance,community governance is paid more attention by the government management.Community problem is to carry out the important practice of humanistic thought,the environment problem is no small matter,in the era of comprehensive poverty alleviation tough win,food and clothing problems are not social pain points,but involves the environment management level,especially the people for pursuit is endless hills and green,by the same token,the residents living environment health,too,should be thoroughly implemented on the actual effect.To improve the level of governance at the community level and build a government for the people and a pragmatic government is essential for promoting social harmony and stability and developing a socialist country.In this paper,a representative mixed community Q community in Z City,a representative civilized city in southern Jiangsu Province,was selected for research.Literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods were adopted,and theoretical research and field investigation were fully combined.In the early stage,a large number of literatures related to community environmental governance at home and abroad were read.Based on the analysis and research of the advanced theory of multi-agent collaborative governance research,the most advanced community environmental governance model at home and abroad is summarized.The typical representative communities cannot do without the in-depth implementation of the concept of collaborative governance in the process of environmental governance.As a mixed community,Q community has a special composition of residents,and the influencing factors of environmental governance are various.Based on the research on the general situation of environmental governance in Q community,fully understand the current situation of environmental governance in the community,including governance subjects,governance policies,governance content,governance effect,comprehensive questionnaire and interview results,summarize and reflect on governance difficulties and dilemmas.The problems in the comparative analysis mainly include fuzzy boundary of some main responsibilities,weak coordination strength of community and social organizations,poor communication and coordination between relevant departments,and low level of environmental governance technology coordination.Finally,this paper summarizes the Q for Z city community environment governance optimization measures,to study a series of problems,by promoting the village residents,community identity,community environmental governance specialists system,foster community culture,give full play to the party member the leading cadre to take the lead role,moreover,to promote the main body involved in communication,co-ordinated,improve the system of environmental governance mechanism,Improve the refinement level of environmental governance technology supply,maximize the level of community environmental governance,in order to promote Z city grassroots environmental governance work to achieve new results.
