Research On Xi Jinping’s View Of Global Environmental Governance

Since the era of economic globalization,environmental problems have deteriorated and become a global ecological crisis that threatens the survival and development of human beings,and people have gradually realized the necessity and urgency of global environmental governance.However,the current trend of diversified subjects and complicated interests in global environmental governance,the prevalence of protectionism and unilateralism have led to the dilemma of international environmental governance cooperation,and global green development has entered a bottleneck.Based on the increasingly severe situation of environmental governance,General Secretary Xi Jinping,from a global perspective,has constantly called on countries to abandon the zero-sum game mentality,gather consensus on green development,deepen global environmental governance exchanges and cooperation,and put forward such ideas as "Seeking to build a global ecological civilization" and "Building a community of life for people and nature"."These ideas and concepts constitute the important content of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance,which constantly guides the development of international environmental governance in a better direction.Therefore,this paper focuses on the theoretical logic and practice path of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance,which not only meets the inherent requirements of implementing the international dissemination of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,but also plays an important role in promoting global environmental governance cooperation and other aspects,with a view to providing wisdom support for improving global environmental governance capacity and governance.In this paper,Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance is systematically studied in terms of its formation background,main contents,contemporary values and practice path.Firstly,we use literature analysis and comprehensive analysis to sort out the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research reviews,and research innovation points,so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the study of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance.Secondly,through an in-depth analysis of the background of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance from both theoretical and practical perspectives,it is explained that the formation of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance is not only nourished by ecological wisdom and governance ideas from ancient and modern times,but also based on the practical exploration of global environmental governance,and is also based on a realistic response to the dilemma of global environmental governance.Again,from the perspective of global environmental governance,we analyze the main contents of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance,and we are interested in the basic principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities","common but differentiated responsibilities",which is the ideological guide of the "two communities" contained in it.The key objectives of "building a clean and beautiful world" are explained in four aspects.At the same time,on the basis of summarizing the main contents of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance,the scientific analysis of its contemporary values is conducted in both theory and practice,thus highlighting the scientific and contemporary nature of Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance.Finally,the path of practicing Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance is discussed in depth,and the specific path of implementing Xi Jinping’s view of global environmental governance is clarified in four aspects: promoting ideological consensus,popularizing values education,promoting the dissemination of ecological concepts,and guiding the change of the governance system.
